SUSAN OSLOS, CHES
Health Educator - Indianapolis

Susan holds a B.A. in Health Promotion Concentration and Health and Fitness from Purdue University.  Prior to joining HNT, she worked in population health management as a health educator for a telephonic health counseling program and then as a health management specialist where she managed a portfolio of clients working to assess the health of their population.  She joined HNT in June of 2005 and is excited to have the opportunity to help patients reach their health and weight management goals. Susan is recognized by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing as a Certified Health Education Specialist.
